Hi All
I’m having some problems with TV quality when I use S-video as input to my Hauppauge PVR500 from my satellite decoder. I always used the composite input from my sat-decoder into my PVR500, but decided to switch to s-video because the quality is supposed to be so much better. To be honest the color and quality is much better, but now I’m seeing what looks like fine silver lines on some sections of the image, especially when there are white lettering or a lot of movement on the TV. I’m using a “Scart-to-S-video” converter on my sat-box, which I think might not be of the best quality, so it could be that.
Any advice would be appreciated…
