Please, move auto-generated thumbs in a separate subfolder. (1 Viewer)

Hi!
At present placing of all auto-generated thumbs is:
"C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\Thumbs\OnlineVideos\"

Whenever possible, please, move placing of all auto-generated thumbs in a separate subfolder in "...\OnlineVideos\", for example:
"C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\Thumbs\OnlineVideos\Auto\"

By means of this small improvement, and windows command mklink /J <Link> <Destination>,
we can place only these files anywhere from default place "...\OnlineVideos\" (for example to RAM-Drive).

I just committed the change to SVN, now all downloaded thumbs will be downloaded to a subfolder named "Cache".
