@m3rcury I have an issue with the current plugin version, it doesn't seem to synchronize anymore.
Whe I start manually from the config, everything is fine, but from within MePo (configured to sync every 15 minutes using triggers) it seems to wait endlessly for something to finish. Logs attached. Any idea?

+1 popular then. If I understand this thread and your discussion with ajs right, then I have the same usercase as ajs: one user on several clients. So I'd like to have e.g. the watched time flag on all clients updated, not only from server to client.
But as I understood, this seems to be pretty hard to achieve. Just wanted to mention that there are more people out there with the same user case.

Is it possible to get a light version that only sync watched status?
Because I have tested this plugin for the last month or so, with only one Client and one Server. But I have got a lot of problems where the Server db's for Movies and Tv-Series got fucked up! Problems like the Tv-Series db "loses" the link to the physical file. And if I re-run the import on the Server, it doesn't find these files. So then I have to delete the db and re-run the import of all my Tv-Series. In the Movies db I get wrong fanart for some Movies even that I'm sure it had the right fan art when it was imported to the db - and every other data is right for the Movie. These are all problems I haven't seen before I installed this plugin...
So now I have disabled the sync for Tv-Series and Movies db in MPSync, but then I don't get the option for sync watch status
