Plugin Support for DefaultWide / Default skins (1 Viewer)

Hi folks,
within this forum thread I will provide you with skin files for different plugins to be compatible with the new design of DefaultWide /Default skins introduced in MP 1.3.0 Beta.

So pls stay tuned

Of course you may post your adapted skin files for your favourite plugin here as well

How to install:
Just drop the content of the ZIP file in the relevant DefaultWide (Default) skin folder.

XMAS Theme DefaultWide:

A decent Xmas theme for DefaultWide, where you can decide to let it snow or not via GUI settings



Installation Instructions:

1. Close Mediaportal
2. Click Start Menu -> All Programs -> Team Mediaportal -> Mediaportal -> User Files
3. Delete the cache folder (..\Mediaportal\Cache)
4. Create the following folder
   ..\Mediaportal\Skin\Default\Themes\Xmas\
5. Copy the contents of the zip to ..\Mediaportal\Skin\Default\Themes\Xmas
   eg. \Mediaportal\Skin\Default\Themes\Xmas\Theme.xml
   eg. \Mediaportal\Skin\Default\Themes\Xmas\BasicHome.xml
   etc...
6. Run Mediaportal and choose the Xmas theme

Hi.
I also have Skin files modified to fit DW..
Attached is a infoservice.feeds.xml without overlapping lines (this screenshot is with Xmas Theme but will work exactly the same with other Theme...



and Default/DefaultWide Skin files for WolPowerManager (Upper left on Screenshot below). This needs a single line added to basichome.xml, instructions included in zip. And a version of the WolPowermanager xml to fit the Xmas Theme for DefaultWide is attached also.



If someone is interested in DriveFreeSpace Skin- Code (upper right of screen, just below date and time), I can post it here also, But this needs some greater modifications to BasicHome, so this may be too much for normal users...

Please note: These skin files include a patch for BasicHome so you now can directly invoke MovingPictures from BasicHome screen
