Thanks,

I've been trying to reinstall MP TVSeries and I've seem to hit an impasse. I recently updated to MP 1.2.3.0 and then installed MP TVSeries 3.3.1.1954. The installer seems to work fine and in fact places the menu item in the home screen and an icon in the config window. But when I try to configure MP TV I get a message box that says
"Exception in plugin SetupForm loading Object reference not set to an instance of an object".

I had this all working in the past and I'm not sure what else to try.

that line is not the interesting part, what is interesting are the full debug logs that show what happened leading up to the error.

You might need to switch MediaPortal into debug-log verbosity first so the logs contain as much info as possible.

Be sure to zip up *ALL* the log files and repeat the actions causing the error.

My gut feeling is that if you delete the MPTVSeries database and re-create it, all will be well.

    It is in C:\Program Data\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\database

If you don't want to delete it, try moving it and re-creating it.

here are the logs, i could delete the database, but surely as ive done a full reinstall this wouldnt be the issue as the database file would have been removed on the full uninstall and then a new one on the reinstall?

Database is usually left intact, incase you meant to uninstall/reinstall to fix another issue.

That's why there is the 'Empty' function, but that one does not correct database corruption, so you manually have to delete the database yourself (or just rename it)

Looks like database is corrupt. Plenty of sql errors in logs. Just delete it!

This has happened for a few people updating from 1.2.2 to 1.2.3.
