Pop up Tool Bar (1 Viewer)

I used to be able to bring up the tool bar that's at the top of the main menu of MediaPortal 1.0.2.0 by right clicking my mouse. I had to re-install MediaPortal, and I can't remember how I had originally configured it. I would like to be able to shut down MediaPortal from full-screen TV using only the mouse. Can anyone help?
