I've read the Wiki regarding WebEPG twice but I've not been able to get it to work. It doesn't create a tvguide.xml file nor does it give me any error message in the logs. What am I doing wrong? The Wiki is indicating some config screens I don't seem to have. Either in TV-Server or Media Portal configuration.

I've found ms2xml and have gotten that one to work using the Microsoft content and it's actually populating the TVGuide (At least most of the channels) Howevr, this tool seems to support TitanTV but when I try to use that option it returns an HF -Y error and exits. Anybody been able to get it to work with TitanTV and willing to share the trick?

Update: Although last night the TV guide was populated, today everying is once more 'no data available'. Rerunning mc2xml tells me 'no new data available'. I must be doing something wrong, but what...

Thanks in advance for any suggestions you can provide.

I wrestled with TV guide a lot.
My current solution is to use Schedules Direct with MC2XML tool. (You state MS2XML - typo?).
I would think Titan TV providor would work too as it just reformats the file into a standard XML format.
This works beautifully with the built in XMLTV in mediaportal. You get to manually map the channel to the drop down list.
Not sure why you are using WebEPG.
Assuming you have the xml file downloading nicely with the tool, all you need to do is use the xmltv built in to MP to import it.
It is very intuitive to use. Just remember to click Save on the 2nd tab once you have set your mappings up.

Oh the other catch is that you need the xmltv.xdt file in addition to the tvguide.xml (rename xmltv.xml) file.

I meant MC2XML and for some reason I got it to populate the TV guide again today. Not sure what I did, I'll have to retrace my steps next time I lose the guide. I grab the data of the Microsoft server without an issue. but to use it with TitanTV it wants a -y paramater with some 30 digit value. I have a titantv account and found a cookie with a 30 character value and used that. To no avail. I have the dtd file as you are right, without it, no joy.

WebEPG came with MP and was what was documented but I've still got figure dout how to get that one to work. When trying to figure that out I ran into mc2xml and it seems to be working now. I have it scheduled to run nightly to get updates.

Thanks for your help.
