    Hello and welcome,

    Generally speaking it is always good to add logs to your posting. You can easily collect full logs by using the Watchdog tool on the desktop, select option 3 and upload the the created zip here.

    Some other application is apparently already using port 554, however, the fact that changing the port in the TVServer config is not helping is suspicious. Logs might tell more.

    Open a command windows with elevated privileges and enter
    netstat -ano | findstr /r 0.0:554 && netstat -ano
    The output will give the PID of any process that is using this port. Then open the Task Manager, go to the Details tab and search the PID to identify the process.

    Thank you for the log files. (y)

    The TV Server log is showing this error:
    [2015-11-29 23:55:21,101] [Log ] [TVService] [ERROR] - Exception :confused:ystem.DllNotFoundException: Unable to load DLL 'StreamingServer.dll': The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)
    at TvLibrary.Streaming.RtspStreaming.StreamSetupEx(String ipAdress, Int32 port)
    at TvLibrary.Streaming.RtspStreaming..ctor(String hostName, Int32 port)

    "Streaming server" is the component that needs to use port 554 (for RTSP streaming of live TV and recordings to remote clients).

    That DLL should be present. Can you please check if StreamingServer.dll is present in your TV Server install folder (default = c:\Program Files (x86)\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server).

    Regards,
    mm

    It's strange, because the installer should have installed that package for you. :confused:

    Oh well, I'm glad it's now working. :)
