Hi there,

Is it possible to have some fanart integration with thetvdb.com for fanart? I was looking at the competition (cough... XBMC... cough..) and there was some pretty slick integration with thetvdb.com in their Video Addons section. I was specifically looking at Free Cable -> CBS. Essentially, the whole fanart would become the background of the page (after it had been scraped - before scraping it was the regular boring background).

What do you think? Fanart could be stored in the current thumbs folder. It could be expired with the same settings as current thumbs. Would also have to figure out how to cache the fanart, etc.?

FanartHandler already does something like that when current Site is iTunes Trailer. Probably easiest to extend (and improve) the code over there, so we don't invent the wheel again.

You'll have check with @cul8er - he is developing FanArtHandler
It's no code in OV that does this.
