Power Color Theater 550 pro (1 Viewer)

I having problems with my Power Color Theater 550 pro PCI-e card.

I installed MP, it found
my Technotrend DVB-S card (working)
my Lifeview FlyDVB-T Hybrid MCE card (working)

and my Power Color Theater 550 Pro - first in the MP Setup tools, it worked fine
program was tuned.
After this I was running MP, work fine - for 10 - 15 min. When the picture freezes and now I geet the error "unable to create graph for this device" for all the channels on the Power Color Theater 550 Pro card.

The same problem in the mp setup "unable to create graph for this device".

Reboot and the card work fine for 10 - 15 min ---> and the same problem again.


I have tryed:
Formating
Installing Windows XP MCE
Stop MCE services
Installing .NET 2.0
Installing MP
Installing SVN
Using the new driver for Power Color card

The same again
--- Just using the Oldest driver for Powor Color card...

All with the SAME PROBLEMS

Please help ME!!!

My 550 Theatre card has been working for about 6 months, but I got the 'Can't create Graph' error the first time I ran MP. I would close MP and restart it, then it would work fine.

Last night I upgraded my CPU to an AMD X2 dual processor. Now I can NEVER get the TV tuner to work!! I've started and stopped MP many times. Gone into setup several times. The card is found.

I can playback recorded tv shows but I cannot watch in real time.

Does anyone know why changing the CPU would have this effect?

Are you sure that you are using the latest drivers ?

Hi CHLi:

I've updated my 550 theatre drivers. I've also removed my ATI 9600 card and put back an NVidea 5200 video card. No change.

XP Media Centre plays and records programs just fine. Only MP doesn't.

I've downloaded Graph Edit but I'm not familiar how it works. When I tell it to load the graph from Media Centre, it only shows the gray boxes. I beleive it should also show some orange boxes for the capture side of things.

As you can tell, I have no idea where to begin. I'm almost tempted to go back to my old CPU.

Any suggestions are appreciated!
