That should make it standby if not, then there is a problem thereYou can also add this environment variable DEVMGR_SHOW_NONPRESENT_DEVICES=1 and then go into device manger, click on Show Hidden devices. This will now show devices that are no longer even connected to your machine. Anything that is in the light shaded grey, remove, especially USB devices or disks - I did this as well.

Try it with MediaPortal not running, but the TV Service running. That should make it standby if not, then there is a problem there
