MediaPortal Version: 1.1.0 RC1 MediaPortal Skin: Blue Wide Windows Version: Windows 7 Ultimate x64 Hello I have searched the forum and read the wiki manual but I cannt find the answer to my question. My question is if I enable the power scheduler for the TV server, and there is no TV program being recorded and mediaportal is not running, but I am doing something else like playing a game or browsing the internet will the power scheduler plugin try and shut down the PC? Or does it class being idle as not having an input to the PC from a user? Does MediaPortal have to be open for the server power scheduler to work? Also does a remote client send keep alive packets to the server (so that it is possible to use the network monitor feature). Or would it be the case that if the client stopped streaming data for a set amount of time the server would take it that it is idle and shut down - for example if a video has finished streaming and I do not start another video for over 5 minutes (i.e. no network traffic), the server has a shutdown timer of 5 minutes inicating that it is idle and therefore shuts down? I know the manual says this is not specifically supported but I am not 100% sure how this plugin works. Thanks
