"Power TV" key Mediapotal exiting does not work always (1 Viewer)

Hi,
I installed the RC2 a few days ago and many thanks for this version (freshly installed the XP SP3 too). I noticed that exiting with mce remote "power tv" key does not work always. Especially if I watch/listen something and after stopping playing items, trying to exit with this key mediaportal waits to press some other remote key or mouse movement and tn exits. But if I didn't watch/listen something and just browse the menus and try to exit with power tv key it exits normally most of the time.
Can someone confirm me? I looked that there's no spesific log records for the error.

You need to stop playback, before MP will exit.

I forgot to mention that. I definately stop the playing items of course (then try to exit).
