Hello all,

New to the HTPC world and have dedicated my gaming PC to a HTPC. After doing alot of testing with various different HTPC software I finally have settled with Mediaportal & Steamed MP.
I recently bought a TV card & Hauppauge remote for my HTPC so I could record tv and use a remote instead of a keyboard.

Everything worked out of the box but my only pain is, trying to get the remote to close PowerDVD and go back to Mediaportal.

Everything else works in PowerDVD (selecting different menu's (play, scene selection etc) all volume buttons work) but I've pushed all buttons to try and exit PowerDVD and nothing happens.

Does anyone know how to program the remote to close PowerDVD and goes back to Mediaportal????

think that's a question for powerdvd, only windows can close another application without its consent.
