Powerscheduler hang/freeze on exit of MP (1 Viewer)

Firstly thanks to all of the developers and project participators for creating such a great product!

Now to my bugreport: When PowerScheduler is disabled everything works fine. However as soon as I enable it, MP itself works as expected, but if I close it normally, it will close and cause Windows to freeze completely. No BSOD, nothing in the logs, nothing in the Event Log. One has to reboot after this. If I kill MP via the Taskmanager (End Process) then everything continues being normal. So I suspect that PowerScheduler is executing something on closure which my Hardware/Software configuration doesn't like.

Any ideas?

The chances of powerscheduler working with your Nova T usb is 0% at the moment.
Look for posts using the words standby, resume and hibernate and you will see numerous posts regarding this.

PVR-Scheduler will work with MP 0.2.2.0 without SVN.

It's a driver\usb problem.

STSC has removed it because the updates on the svn are making his external control plugin obsolete to quickly, has not worked for a week and he cannot keep up with the daily changes.

So next PVR-Scheduler release will coincide with MP's next stable update.

i still can see (and d/l) PVR Scheduler 1.5.5 (Standalone or MP 0.2.2.0 SVN > 31.01.07!) which is published Tue Feb 06, 2007 8:46 pm ?!?

i'm going to try it with mp + svn (three days old)....

just testing pvr-scheduler... so far, so good
i like timer option in the plugin and logic of scheduling recordings that aren't in epg... and recording notification by e-mail (redirected to sms)... i think it's a keeper
