PremiereHD tuning parameters for Unitymedia, anyone? (1 Viewer)

Hi all,

does anyone have the tuning parameters for the PremiereHD channel on the Unitymedia DVB-C network at hand?
I couldn't find that channel during channel search, so I want to try to add it manually.
