Hi Bavarian,Thanks for the quick reply & thanks for the PowerScheduler plugin! I've attached my log file and a short transcript of events as I experience them.
02:35:08 Start Mediaportal (No existing timers)02:35:49 Create New Advanced Timer (BBC NEWS 24 02:50 - 03:20)02:35:57 Return to home screen - idle02:39:44 Auto standby02:44:01 Auto resume (Showing home screen - idle)02:45:00 /// Should pre-recording start here?02:47:41 Auto standby02:48:02 Auto resume (Showing home screen - "REC" & no picture displayed)02:48:10 Recording in progress02:55:05 Press "PC Power" button on MCE Remote02:55:06 Standby02:55:30 Press "PC Power" button on MCE Remote02:55:30 System resumes
A couple of things leap out at me...First thing is the "extra" wakeup/suspend at 02:44/02:47. A couple of things leap out at me...
First thing is the "extra" wakeup/suspend at 02:44/02:47. I think this has something to do with the 5 minute pre-recording value I have set. It doesn't seem that MP honours the pre-recording value for manual timers though.
Second thing is at 02:55 when I press the power button on the remote. The system waits about a second and then goes to sleep, even though there is a recording in progress.
Thanks for investigating!
