Problem after upgrade to 1.1.2 (1 Viewer)

I use another player to view 3d content out side of MediaPortal, Version 1.1.1 worked fine, when i upgraded mediaportal to 1.1.2 and do nothing else it breaks the other application for some video files, it says there is a codec issue. The other application is stereoscopic player. If I use system restore for windows 7, it works until I install version 1.1.2.

Gigabyte motherboard
HDMI video ATI HD 4200
using fddshow codec.
