After having turned off auto starting tv service most of my problems have disappeared.</p><p></p><p>It seems that tvservice try to start before SQL Express has completly finished. This result in login fails and tvservice does not recover very well after that leaving it in an unstable state and restarting tvservice after that usually cause problems.</p></blockquote><p></p>
