Problem Configuring MediaPortal + Remote (1 Viewer)

He everybody,

I am very new to Media Portal, and I am trying to set it up for a client of ours so that it cam be used in a Hotel.

There are several problems I am facing: 1. I installed the "Backdrop skin" because i want to customize the background images but I can't seam to figure out how that works.
2. I want to disable the Hauppauge remote's green power button so that the client is not able to navigate out of Media Portal.
3.No matter what I do i can't get the weather service running, keeps telling me invalid serial key???

Can any of you guys help me out with this?
