Another thought is maybe you are getting a strong signal from a nearby 4G mobile phone transmitter (which is swamping the com7/com8 signals) - you could try inserting an inline '4G/LTE filter' in the aerial feed to the TBS card - there is a selection of (low cost, around £5-£7) UHF filters here - https://cpc.farnell.com/c/audio-visual/aerials-satellite/attenuators-filters/tv-satellite-interference-filters
