I connected the sound cable to the 340e and I changed the Ati encoder with Hauppauge and now streaming from composite working great.
    Great. :)
Using the tuner input for audio is usually the best way for avoiding issues with audio-video sync etc.

The only small problem is the high cpu .
I have gpu 8600gt and cpu intel 4600 dual core .
Can I use the Gpu for encoding ?
To be clear: you are using the CPU for encoding the tuner stream to MPEG 2 (ATI encoders), and then ipimp probably uses it again for encoding the output stream.

For the tuner stream: in my experience ATI uses the least CPU (compared to Hauppauge/MainConcept, Twinhan/Cyberlink, Intervideo). I don't think any of those software encoders can use the GPU. If you want less CPU usage then you'd have to buy a tuner with hardware encoding... but they are more expensive, and usually not available in USB stick size.

For the output (ipimp) stream: I know nothing, so I can't answer your question.

sorry for misunderstanding, I do not use Ati encoders, I use the Hauppauge and working great.
Try ipimp its great with very very nice interface.
if you set up once you gonna love it .

About the encoding I have to see if ipimp can use the nvidia ?
