Recently I bought a new HTPC and decided to set it up from scratch and stream to other clients. Firstly it is working fine on the HTPC itself. All channels with AC3 no problems at all. A sync issue but I am sure that is just codecs that need to tweak. But no matter what I do I can't get the clients to work. I know it is streaming because I can use mplayer to see the stream. I don't even need to use the manual time shift in tvserver. mplayer.exe rtsp://htpc/stream2.0 The client shows the EPG and the streams available but the TV will not turn on. I think the error is this in error.log: 2008-02-18 14:30:00.332360 [ERROR][MPMain]: TSReaderPlayer:exception while creating DShow graph Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt. at MediaPortal.Player.BaseTSReaderPlayer.ITSReader.SetRequestAudioChangeCallback(ITSReaderCallbackAudioChange callback) any help would be appreciated. P.S. I do realise that I am using an old SVN. But the latest ones do not work. The can't scan channels and the tvserver locks up. Investigation showed in a thread somewhere that this was the last one to work with my configuration and it does except for the client. [/QUOTE]
