Problem to start MP (1 Viewer)

MediaPortal Version: 0.2.3.0
MediaPortal Skin: Orginal
Windows Version: Windows Vista Home


Hi when i try to start MP i get this error:

I have used MP In about 3month now and it have work very well!
But today when i try´d to start i this happend

I try to reinstalled it about 5times.. dont work

What can the problem be?

Please help!

Hi,
You need to uninstall MP, rename "C:\Users\All Users\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal" to something else & then reinstall MP & test.
Without logs i don't know where it crashes when starting, but try the other thing first.

I have try to Rename the install dir, but with same resultat.

Hmm, have you disabled UAC in controlpanel -> Users or & try to run MP as admin?

I have tryed the both think.. I have only 1 user in my windows computer and thats me. Adminstation.
This is very crazy

This it's the line in the log:
2008-02-23 09:49:05.073000 [Info.][MPMain]: !!! MediaPortal needs to be run as Administrator on Vista to stop the Media Center services that occupy your TV cards/remote control !!!

Admin in vista it's not real admin as it was in xp..

The other error it's with a font:
2008-02-23 09:49:04.970000 [Info.][3]: Exception ystem.ArgumentException: Teckensnittet Arial stöder inte formatet Regular.
Have you changed any fonts lately?

Ok.. hmm but it have work before , how do i do in vista to be admin on my account?

Yes in some skin i have mixed something..

What they mean with "Teckensnittet Arial stöder inte formatet Regular."
In english: "The font Arial dont support the format regular"

Now problem 1 is good.. i have disbale UAC in windows, now the only problem is why the font Arial dont support?
Can i dl the font somewhere`? or can i mod a skin how dont have the orginal font "arial" in standard..
