Problem: TV Tuner (1 Viewer)

Hi there.
Well I've been building a media center over the last few weeks and it's nearing it's completion. However I'm having a bit of trouble.
Everything in media portal is working ok. But the TV Tuner.
To be more in depth, The config picks up the channels. When I run Media Portal and go to TV, I can see the TVs working fine in the little box, however when you go to watch it full screen, the audio still plays but you can see no video.
I've been playing around, thinking it may be a resolution problem or something to do with the TV, so I hooked it upto a monitor and the problem still remains.
I;m running a LeadTek DTV1000H. The OEM Software (Winfast PVR2) Works fine full screen. So I've narrowed it down to something with the program that is causing the problem.
May I pick at your brains for assistance?

I bit more info about your system would be helpful as would log files. In light of that, have you tried setting VMR9 in exclusive mode. FOund in configuration/Direct Show filter/ Video Movie Rendering

Also what codecs are you using. Have a look at some of the codec guide in the wiki under UserGuides/codecs and containers - MediaPortal Wiki Documentation

Ok I've seemed to make my problem even worse by trying that Filter opption. I applied two Leadtek filters and loaded up media portal and I couldn't see even the mini picture of the tv running.
So I opened the config again and unticked them both. However I've got the same problem.
Should I just uninstall and reinstall to start fresh?

when you say you applied 2 leadtek filters, where was this. Did you set the VMR9 exclusive, do you run Win XP SP2 or Vista? more information about your system please and log files. you will get better responses from the experts with this information

tv tuer and radio

hi, i just built my first htpc , i have a small unit , a mozart media lab with imedian .
i installed mediaportal you all know the reasons.
i finally made the remote work with media portal , but still have the problem of my msi tv@nywhere plus capture card.
i went all over the forums and found out somthing about puting some code into a folder called capture card.xml wich i looked for it in every corner of team media portal .
found nothing like that.
i get a unable to map garph or somthing similar.
i downloaded the mce driver of the card , and the pvr mce software too.
i have these questions for you guys , can any of you tell me what i'm missing?
where to find it to make 2 things work?
1- my tv capture card msi tv@nywhere plus and someone already in of this posts said now works fine.
2- my radio in my tv card also, i'm not interested in internet radio.
i'm running media portal 2.3i think, windows vista ultimate, pcchips board, 1.8g intel procesor, nvidia 6200 video, 512 ram.
