Problem with 1 of 50 series (1 Viewer)

Hello everybody,

i have just bought a new htpc and installed media portal and my tv series again and everything works fine but there is a little fault:

one series is regonized by the phraser, but it dont download fanart or episode infos. If iam in MP in the Plugin i can see it. If i force an online update, the series disaperes...

all other series works fine and on my old pc i didnt had problems with this series.

can anybody help me?

When you are inside the 'Import' tab and you refresh the import table, how is the show recognized? If it's not recognized, then it shows in red color, but otherwise you can perfectly view as to what MP-TVSeries thinks is the series name, season number and episode number. It even will show the title, but it will replace that when it finds a match with the forementioned items at thetvdb.com.

You can otherwise manually look up the show at Online TV Database - An open directory of television shows for HTPC software and see what the problem in detection is. More then likely your filenaming scheme just doesn't match their info.
