Hi,

I have just got my hands on a second TT C-1500 DVB-C tuner card because I want to be able to watch and record TV.

When I add the second card I always get a message when trying to watch TV, that the channel isn't available from any of the tuners. I have tried to assign all channels to both cards, and I have also tried to set up one card for watching and one for recording, and both for watching but the result is the same. If I remove one of the cards with in the MP config it works just fine.

I'm using the new RC3 and there also seems to be a little bug here. With one tuner card and you tell that the card isn't allowed to be used wor watching and recording you still can.

Hope some one can help me with the two cards and my problem.

I have tried to install RC2 but it's the same problem, it simply don't work.

All channels are assigned to both cards.

I forgot to say that I run Windows Vista. As I understand the fix isn't needed here.

I have tried to Install DVBViewer and this works ok with 2 tuners, but I would like to use MediaPortal ;-)

Try TVE3, or change priority in TVE2 (built in) and see if that makes any difference, strange if both cards are recognised in setup and both will autotune, they will, won't they.

I have tried different priority on both cards, that didn't help. Could try TVE3 but it should be possible with RC3 and RVE2? Right now i get an enpty popup just with the [OK] when I try to watch TV.

Use the bluetwo skin, that may be the answer to the empty popup and tell you what it is trying to say.

Remember TVE3 is a much more sophiticated\supported version than TVE2, and will do a lot more things naturally, including overcoming some none working cards, which under under the old tv system caused problems and best of all it does not rely on MP running to record shows.

I have installed TVE3 with some problems, but it's running now, and it actualle did solve the problem with the two TT C-1500 tuners in MP :D
