    Glad to hear the Leadtek card is partially working - that is a good start :)

    I would try different video and audio codecs. Many people recommend SAF 5. I also recommend the Cyberlink codecs if you have them. You can find the settings by doing this:

    1. Open MediaPortal configuration.
    2. Go to the "codecs and renderer" section.
    3. Go to the "TV codecs" tab.

    I still don't know which codecs to use.
    After all I installed SAF, K-lite- Codec Pack (which has Cyberlink in it), ArcSOft codecs (from TV Card install) and Nvidia PureVideo.
    The mess is hudge and none of the configs works well..

    I'm planing to make a clean Windows XP reinstall and than make some tests..
    What do you recomend to go for? The point is to use Hardware Enconding..
