Problem with channels ZDF, 3Sat, ... / PMT Issue unable to create/start graph (1 Viewer)

Hello!

With some channels i get always "unable to create / start graph".

In TsWriter.log i get for 3sat:

When i manually changed the serviceid in tv-server setup it works now. shouldn't a rescan update the serviceids?? I've done two rescans but the serviceids remains to the old ones.

Also a delete of the channel and a new scan brings up the wrong id. When i then change the id to the one in the log it works again.

3Sat and ZDF have never changed their Service IDs.

ZDF has 28006
3Sat has 28007


how did you get the other Service IDs??

Oh sorry, I saw now that you have Cable not Sat.

So maybe the cable operator made some changes in the playout.

When you look in the TsWriter.log you see that there are other serviceIds written. When i then correct manually the channel to these serviceIDs the channels are working again. But a channelscan finds everytime the other serviceids.

Channelscan finds serviceid:28006
When i then try to tune to the channel i get:

when i the change the serviceid to 28721 it works again / fine!! Same for all channels in ZDFVision Group but with different serviceids.

OK, seems like the Cable Operator has some issues in the playout.

For me it looks like they playout a incorrect PAT.

28006 is the original SID from SAT and they changed it to 28721.
But maybe they changed not the PAT. So the PAT points still to the original 28006.

A Transportstream Dump at that frequency would definitely bring a light in it.

Did you checked it also with a normal STB? Is is working there?

oh sorry - i do not have one. But i'm using the biggest cable provider in germany Kabel Deutschland - so there must be other people with this problem...
