Hello all,
I've noticed that tvserver is recording repeated programs (it shouldn't). Also it is not respecting pre and post record values.
It writes changed value from setuptv but it looks like is not reading this when working.
I've tried to open database and look into this.
Here's what I discovered:
According to mediaportaldirs.xml database should be placed in
<Path>%ProgramData%\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\Database\</Path>
But it's not. Directory is empty.
Instead of it I have a directory C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.1\data\mptvdb where all database files (MYI, MYD and so) are located.
Now tell me please what is wrong or right?
Shouldn't database be in one .db3 file? Or what.
I'm a little bit confused.

    Hi sebanr1

The database is not in a *.db3 file - those are SQLite DB files (SQLite is only used for MediaPortal client). The MySQL database will contain a recording table which will contain all the details for your recordings.
