Problem with Leadtek Winfast TV2000 expert (1 Viewer)

Hi All
I got it working but now have a problem that it stutters while watching the television.

What did you do to get it working?

I updated the drivers to the latest on Leadtek site as well as upgraded the PVR application which is now PVR2.

I resolved my Stuttering problem by downgrading the quartz.dll. I now have a problem that the picture and voice does not sync correctly. The voice is way ahead of the picture. Does anyone have a solution for this issue
