Problem with Pinnacle DVB-T Dual Pro card (1 Viewer)

I'm using this card to see DVB-T television, but i have a problem, if i use the ADD button the program finds the card and tries to add the channels without problem, but after adding the card, if i click on it and try to edit the card, it says that it doesn't find the card, any help will be appreciated.

Make sure any pinnacle software is not loaded or running as a service, as this will stop MP from accessing the card.
This may also include the remote software.

Even the remote app?, then how i will use the pinnacle remote with media portal?, can it be configured on media portal?

any way what i see strange is that when i add the card it works fine (some tunning issues), but after this i cannot use the edit button, it says that no card found, i will let you know how everything went with your recomendation.

Media portal is not seeing the 'pctv dvb-t dual card' at all. No pinnacle software is running...
