Ever since I changed the graphic card from nvidia 7800 to ati hd4650 I got a problem and its only when I want to play hdtv material within mediaportal. look at picture below. when I play the same movie in mpc it works just fine. its the same codecs and Ive tried 1.0.0 anf 1.0.2 and 1.1.0 of MP and tried CCCP codec pack stable and beta no difrens there. ive tried K-lite mega pack with the same result. I did try Windows 7 and it worked but then I didnt get the remote to work so I had to install XP again and the problem returned.

You are probably using Catalyst 9.7. Revert back to Catalyst 9.6 and everything should be fine. Viewing HD content in MediaPortal with Catalyst 9.7 does not work (neither for .mkv nor for Live-TV).

When I had Windows 7 och catalyst 9.7 it all worked like a charm but I couldent get the remote to work as it should so thats why I did go back to XP. And am running Catalyst 9.6 now.

Will try 9.8 soon and report back here, if someone beats me pls post it and let everyone know :D
