The reference.xml version all say 1.0.0.0 (which is the same version as MP). And even the B3W skin says it's outdated

Before I deleted the cash in ProgramData I have seen the checkbox and tried it but it didn't help. So I'll try it again as admin when I get the checkbox option again.
