Problem with TV-Station DVR SAA7134 MCE (1 Viewer)

Hello,
i buy card TV-STATION DVR SAA7134 MCE for my analog antena signal.
I installed all drivers, and setup it at MediaPortal configuration, but when i enter card prefferences in MP Setup i got error "Unable to create graph". Also when i ennter TV section in my MediaPortal i got the same error - "unable to create graph". I'v got the newest drivers from KNC site. This is my THIRD card, that dont wont work corect on MP (First is incompatibile, second [WinFast 200 XP Expert] dont have got hardware encoding [my cpu is too slow for it]).
