Probleme mit Bluray/3D-Bluray-Wiedergabe (1 Viewer)

My setup:
* Radeon HD 6450
* 3D-LCD: Samsung UE60D6300
* further: 1.4 HDMI cable and PowerDVD12.

But i´m not able to watch Blurays/3dBlurays!
Cyberlink BR Advisor says: "no HDCP" and "Radeon HD 6450" is not able to play 3D ?!?

This should not be! Both, Radeon and TV are able to play 3D-BRs.
Can someone help me?

Schau mal im ATI Treiber Option rein, ob HDCP Aktiv ist.
Ich weis nicht genau wo das ist...
