problems for Danes and stable patches and Hauppauge remote (1 Viewer)

Hi Ronilse asked me on IRC to post this on the forum. Hopefully mPod will have a look.

The problem is that all stable patches after version 0.2.0.0 will give an error when mediaportal starts. I have tried the newest CVS also - same problem. IF we don't select the Hauppauge remote in the configuartion program, Mediaportal will start without any problems.

Can you disable MyTVSeries (or temporary remove it) & use BlueTwo skin & then post the log again (trying to find out what causes the db errors) you can also try with remote enabled after that?

Hi,
Can you try to disable the My Programs & have the remote enabled (don't use the MyTVseries plugin when testing) & test again + upload the log?

So it seems that the Hauppauge remote somehow is involved.

Hi,
Can you try to reinstall / use latest drivers for your Hauppauge card including remote according to this page http://www.hauppauge.co.uk/board/showthread.php?p=25253#post25253 (see the steps on how to install on that page, hopefully this can solve something)

Have tried to reproduce the error here with Hauppauge remote, but no luck so far....
