Problems playing movie (1 Viewer)

    I'm not really an expert in that area of MP2, but to me it looks like a codec problem. What codecs do you have installed on your system? Any codec-packs? Which codecs are selected in MP2 settings?

    Actually... A complete set of logs will help a lot...
    Also include the install log..

    While you are at it... Are there any errors listed in the Windows System or Application Event logs related to MP2?

    I think it has something to do with movies that contain subtitles, i can play movies without subtitles ok.

    Yes, this is probably the cause. We came to same conclusion in other thread. But unfortunately we could not find out, if there is a filter wrong or if there is an incompatibility with DotNetStreamSource.

    I have never used subtitles in MP2. How do I go about turning them on for testing?
    Also, is this DotNetSrteamSource an external source of code within MP2 and is it configurable?
