PROBLEMS WITH HIBERNATION FROM MP (1 Viewer)

When I close MP and this one it is minimized and later from Windows 7 I arrange the hibernation, on MP having be reactivated later he returns to turn out to be minimized prepared for his immediate launch. On the contrary, if from the own MP I arrange the hibernation, on having returned to the activity MP it is restarted before turning out to be minimized.
Is it normal this?, is it possible to avoid?
