Now i tried a few other codecs...but nothing works...

maybe the problem is windows vista???

pleeease, can somone help me? i would like to see my series in MP!

I've been running MP under Vista without any major issues for several months now.

Do these files work if you play them through My Videos ?

I'm using Vista, no problems with TVSeries.

Can you try repairing the errors found in Filmerit, use the padlock button (accept agreement) and then the bug button to repair.

ps are the MPV\MPA codecs showing up as a option in MPconfig.

What graphics card are you using, just trying to get a idea of the best codec to use.

Furetto: Yes in my videos the episodes are working! in tvseries not...

Paranoid Delusion: No i can't repair the filter...if i choose repair it says "do you want to delete the filter?"
And yes, both filters are shown in the options-menu, and i can choose them too...and they're working!

i'm using a GeForce 8800GTS

With a 8800GTS the best codecs are PowerDVD7.3 or WinDVD8.

Have you got FFDShow Tryouts installed, have a look at Goose's codec guide, may put you on the right track.

Have you ever used a registry cleaner, that can irrepairably damage your setup.

i have installed the k-lite codec pack!

i'll try the windvd 8 codec now...

and no i haven't used a registry cleaner

you did it man! this was the problem!!!

i have changed the entry "<entry name="useTsFileSourceForMpegs">yes</entry>" to "<entry name="useTsFileSourceForMpegs">no</entry>" and now it works perfectly!!

I had this problem too (fixed).

I am wondering if someone can educate us as to what that flag is for - if it causes problems, what are we doing when we change it's value?
