Hey,

I use Mediaportal for about a year now, and it's absoluty great! Yesterday I downloaded and installed the new version (0.2.1.0), so i could enjoy MP even more. Everything works fine, exept one, but important, thing: the TV. In the older version I used (1.3) everthing worked fine, but in the new version I only get a black screen. So I tried to install the newest drivers and codecs. It had some resuls: Now I hear the sound fine, but the video is flickering (like a strobosope: black and tv-picture). After 2 hours playing around, without results, I don't know what to do anymore.

I deinstalled all drivers and codecs. What do I have to install and in wich order to get the TV working? And wich A/V codec should I use in MP? I hope one of you can get me further :)

Thnx in advance!

I installed MP 2.0.4 with all the drivers etc. Now it works almost. I've got TV image and sound now, but the on the right side of the TV image, a part is 'chopped off'. So I don't see the tv logo and a part of the subtitles. I've tried to change the aspect ratio in MP, but that doesn't had any effect. Does any of you have any idea?

With kind regards,
Clock

Edit:
And a crappy screencap
