problems with updating (1 Viewer)

Hello
since 2 weeks or more my tvseries dosn´t update anymore

plugin shows always the same error:

no antivir or firewall installed....

anyone an idea how to fix that?

Weird, the server is def. online and running (well, at least it is now, but I didn't notice my htpc complaining). Can you go to Online TV Database - An open directory of television shows for HTPC software in your browser?

Problem solved...

i don´t know why but on this pc the ping to thetvdb.com takes over 800ms.after an new windows installation it works ;-)
