Program/Channel Not Found error (1 Viewer)

Hi Guys

Today, some of my TV channels are not playing. I get "Program/Channel Not Found error" or sometimes just a blank screen. ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5 are the ones I tried that do not appear. BBC channels are perfectly fine and all the HD channels are good, including ITV1 HD.

I have tried the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Restart MP, no change
2. Restart PC, no change
3. Retuned each tuner, no change.

I have a single-seat installation. TBS 6284 quad tuner Freeview HD card.

All the channels were ok yesterday. I had not installed anything that I am aware of in the last week.

I attach logs I found in the Program Data folder, hope these help.

I have narrowed down where the problem may lie. The channels I am not getting are all in the MUX 2 list. Channels in other MUXs are all fine.

Check your local transmitter isn't having issues or major works that can affect reception.

Sometimes they aren't honest about this, I knew someone who worked at a transmitter you would be suprised what I heard.
