[no Bug] Program did not record (1 Viewer)

I went to watch Numb3rs at approx 22:10, which is being recorded but I just get an "Unknown error occured". I noticed I was getting this on attempting to tune into some other channels and realised I had two recordings going, which prevents me watching anything that's on a separate mux to either of the channels being recorded, but that shouldn't prevent me watching something that's being recorded.

If I select the other programme that's being recorded, I get the expected "Play recording from beginning or View this channel" dialog and I can watch it, but not with Numb3rs.

Also, whilst not specific to this particular bug, if the "Unknown error occured" message means that there's no free tuner, would it not be possible to say this as it would be less confusing?

Argh, it didn't even record Numb3rs so it makes even less sense that I couldn't tune in if one of the tuners wasn't being used.

It didn't record "Scams, Claims and Compensations Claims" from 21:00 - 22:00 either, which I think was the only recording scheduled for that time slot. 22:00 - 23:00 it was scheduled to record Numb3rs on ITV3 and Skins on E4 but it only recorded Skins, so despite having two tuners there seem to be some problems with recording two programmes at once under certain circumstances.

This is not a bug. When MP is trying to record or play the channel an error occurs (RunGraph returns: 0x8007001F).
This is probably a hardware / driver problem, but certainly not a MP issue.
