This is a bit of a strange one. I watch a program, then when it finishes, I briefly see the "Rate Program" dialog, then my TV goes blank, then 5-10 seconds later I get "No Signal" on my TV. Only by pressing a button on my remote or moving the mouse etc.... brings the TV back to life (In about 1 second).

It would lead you to think that the HTPC is going into sleep/hibernation mode, but I dont think its the case as a) if I leave it for 10 minutes or so, everything on the PC is still running (fans etc...), and when I move the mouse or press a button the remote, the screen has MediaPortal on it almost instantly, when coming from hibernation/sleep mode it will take about 5 seconds.

Any suggestions

    Hi JimmyBoy

There are rules about posting threads in the support section of the forum, and they're there for a reason. Please read and follow them. The reason they're there is that if you delete or don't fill in the template, you don't fill in the system information in your profile, and you don't post logs, then there is literally no way to help you without guessing. I'm not prepared to guess with such an issue - it would be a waste of your time and mine...

i see this alot, the screen is been turned off, disable any power options which turn the screen off in windows

It doesnt work as you would expect when mediaportal is running, its not until the video stops, it instantly turns off the screen

also check in mediaporal configuration, try turning off screeensaver/idle timer.
