Hi Harley,

i have problems with some games

the graphics are incomplete or missing with

- 4 connect
- minesweeper
- my mastermind
- simon says

is this still work in progress or should it work?
i think I have the latest version of the plugins.

..yes thats allways a problem with plugins, i have never use one of this games, so i don´t know if they are working.
Those Plugins are doing from they creator and they do mostly only the skindesign for B2.
But you can use the plugins with the original files , you must only copy the skinfolderstuff from the plugin into the PM3 Skin.
It will have then the B2 style but it works.
I will show if i find any freetime todo gfx for this plugins, but at the moment i´m spending all my time into the new skin.

..don´t know what it is, i have test it on my system and all is running fine, i have also ask some people but noone has this problem. Do you use TV2 or TV3 Engine ?

I get just a blank screen in the TV part but videos etc.. play just fine

I had this problem awhile ago when I started adding too many plugins at once without checking myself after each install, something in the skin files got messed up by a plugin file somewhere. That said, I never did track it down...I had to reinstall MP anyway, and used all new files, and now it works fine as far as I can tell, I don't even miss the green selection rectangle in preview view anymore! haha

Try backing up the skin folder, remove it, then reinstall his latest release, then re-add the plugins that require skin files one at a time. See where that takes you, it's kinda like the overlay doesnt get focus somehow, but I doubt thats the actual cause.

My guess is you have a dirty xml file in there somewhere.

koll I'll give that a shot! That does make sence I do have quite a few plugins even some I haven't used yet lol @ Harley I thinkits egine 2 I'm not sure how I can check though I'm not using a TV server I'm using a Tuner card I hope I didn't misunderstand Your question

..you can easy start mp allways with the basichomescreen.

start the mediaportal setup, under "general" you will find a point "start with basichomescreen", enable it.

custumize of the Basichomescreen is not possible with current mp code.

..yes, then you use TV2 Engine, it is the inbuildTvengine of mp.
Best way to solve your Problem will be for sure a clean install.

Oh I got it fixed now turned out it was the decoder I was using the Nvidia decoder all is fixed now I've installed Mp so many times when I said it worked with the other skins I was thinking of a different install sorry
