Hi, I don't know if this is a skin issue or a main MP problem? When I go on holidays for a while there is a problem with the way main opening screen is displayed Firstly a normal situation 1. The TV is on and a recording starts and shows an info box at the top of the screen 2. The TV is on and a recording stops and shows an info box at the top of the screen 3. The TV is turned off for the night and the HTPC subsequently records more shows that night all ok 4. During the night the HTPC goes to standby. The next morning the HTPC and TV start up and display the MP main screen As expected this is all normal however when I go on holidays this is what happens 1. The TV is off while on holiday 2. The HTPC starts and records all the scheduled programs 3. On return from holidays the HTPC and TV are turned back on. When the HTPC and MP have finished starting there is no video showing but there is audio from the selected tv channel. The only thing that happens on the TV screen is ALL the recorded shows start / stop info boxes are displayed. There could be 10 or more of these boxes showing one after the other depending on the length of the holiday. As this can be a lengthy process I have to wait quite a while until it is finished 4. When the boxes have finished displaying the pre selected tv channel is then displayed all ok It is like the info boxes take over the video duties until finished and then allow the main program video to display. In a normal situation the main program video would already be running and the info boxes overlayed on top. I have attached a log file from when I restarted the HTPC on 26th August @ 13:42:56 after being away for only 1 night Thanks
