The bottom menu is the main one, with the submenu above showing further options, so for TV you should at least have TV Guide, Recorded TV, Scheduled, Search. Can you check which Theme you're using first, as PureVisionHD has several and it will help to narrow down the problem if we know which one you're using? You can check this in Mediaportal, under settings or in the Mediaportal Config under GUI - Edit Skin Settings.
