PVR 500 (no tuner can recieve CVBS#1) (1 Viewer)

Hi...

This was working, but i had to re-install Vista... using latest stable MP and a PVR 500 dual tuner... i thought i could add the video-composite channel and it'll work... i can see another signal which is white noise (my setup is composite in from settop box) just wondered what i can do? please advise....

I'm going to try downloading the beta...WINTV2000 works like a charm...but something in MP is borked

I'm sure it was my end, removed various redundant files which were left over from an un-install...installed new RC1, added TV card (the one i had or was listed wouldn't edit...saying it's not there ) added composite channel... started first time...

Didn't Last...you Goto The Internal Setup And Use A Wizard Or God Knows What Else And I Get The Same Error Message Now...now What? Un-install Again And Re-install?

YEAH YOU NEED TO SORT THAT OUT... its the wizard/internal setup... no errors upon a clean install and everything works, but if you use that wizard...it cracked the thing... same error...tried removing the one CVB whatever channel/ added again...same thing...it's all rather weird... i cannot trust MP anymore for the internal settings...

yeah ok so it's still not working...how can you fuck this soft using internal settings? surely a user cannot do this...? so what now registry?, i deleted all files...and re-installed...restart? any support what so freaking ever?

ok heres how you relieve yourself of this annoying problem.... you have to remove the detected cards from config and add them again...add the composite chan and it'll work...boom boom
