i am wondering if it is possible to get to a screen in this plugin to type a specific song in and have it play that specific song. As i type this i am not even sure if this is even possible with last.fm does anyone know of the top of there heads if this is even possible

im not sure if this is possible, but it would be cool!
I do believe the reason you can't do this is a limitation in how Last.FM works - even with their own player, it is not possible to jump to a specific song, or even a specific band. Pretty much the reason they call it "customized radio" rather than music-on-demand.
There are alternatives though, for example Spotify, although I believe that still requires an invite, and the current MP plugin has some limitations.
